Exterior Painting for Townhouse Project in Aspendale
This was an elaborate exterior painting project for 7 townhouses in Aspendale, which required using boom lifts as well as extensive scaffolding due to the size of the properties.
We started by rendering the exterior of each property, which not only creates a smooth, beautiful finish but also protects the walls from erosion and cracking, making them more durable with a water-repellent quality. This is an important part of the process to prevent costly maintenance and repairs in the future.
Next, we painted and stained the exteriors of all 7 townhouses. The boom lifts and scaffolding required careful planning and safety precautions, but they were imperative to ensuring a job well done to meet the customer’s exacting requirements.
The scaffolding provided a stable base to get closer to the buildings and reach high areas safely, while the boom lifts enabled our crew to easily manoeuvre around problem areas for better angles during close-up inspections.
This was a large-scale project that required meticulous coordination and supervision, but it was nothing our Dulux Accredited Painters couldn’t handle!
