ROOF RESTORATION & ROOF PAINTING SPECIALISTS FOR CARRUM DOWNS HOMES
Professional roof painting done by our team can give your home a stylish facelift from the curb. Our first step before starting your painting project is to prepare the surface for painting, we first do this by power washing away dirt and grime. This is then followed by the application of our Dulux AcraTex weather-resistant coating which is perfect for Mornington Peninsula roofs and allows you to choose from a large range of colour options.
Consult with our experienced professionals on the paint and process to make your home pop in the neighborhood. Our high-quality roof painting comes with a 15-year guarantee, ensuring your roof will be the shining star atop your home for many years to come.
Our Comprehensive Roof Restoration Process in Carrum Downs
The first thing we do is come over to take a look at the roof you want to be restored. Our experts can analyze and quickly come up with a quotation based on what’s needed.
All you need to do is sign and we take care of the rest. After securing the safety of our staff, all broken tiles will be repaired as best as possible or completely replaced. In general, we will replace any pointing because they are usually quite old and damaged. A fresh pointing looks much better anyway!
We prime the roof using a range of primers in stock, then apply two layers of Dulux Roof Membrane to protect the roof against future stains or damage. The Dulux AcraTex tech comes in handy here.
Once we are done, we clean up after ourselves and leave the roof looking better than ever. Job done!
