Our Roof Restoration Process For Mount Martha Residents
Everyone should know what to expect when hiring real professionals for a project. Here’s what we do:
1. Initial Discussion & Quote
We will come out to take a look at your roof and give you an accurate quote based on the type and condition of your roof, all at no extra charge. Our 20 years of experience allows us great precision in estimating the costs of restoration. Once you agree to the detailed work, we do everything else without needing input. Easy!
2. Safety Is Our Number 1 Priority
As a setup for our job, we install all necessary safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and as protection for your home. We never skimp on safety!
3. We Carry Out Any Repairs
The next step is to repair or replace any broken tiles on the roof, fixing the bedding and pointing as required. We pressure wash all your roof after this stage to repair the surface for coating.
4. Priming and Coating
We then prime the roof with a primer from our range of products, giving us the best foundation for the final coat.
5. The Finishing Touches
Two coats of Dulux Roof Membrane are applied to the roof for great durability and protection from the elements.
6. After We’ve Finished
After giving a final inspection of our work, we clean up any debris or waste, leaving you with a better-than-before roof.
